 Accredited as the all weather sea port, Dahej is a tiny town located in Gulf of Cambay, to the south of Gujarat. This deep natural water port is a multi cargo port. The importing of Liquid Natural Gas is handled by the Petronet LNG jetty. The loading and unloading responsibility of the liquid cargo is handled by GCPTCL. Birla copper company has its own jetty for importing/exporting. 

 

 Apart from having a look at the port and getting information about the jetties and local port activities, one can involve in enjoying intake of fresh air and taste local delicacies. The state of Gujarat has its own culinary style. Dhabele, rotla, thepla, kasundi are just mind blowing. Go try them at least once. 

 Kala Ram Temple, Swaminarayan temple, Santhoshi Matha temple, Brigu rishi temple are some of the famous shrines located close-by. A holy dip in the River Narmada wrads off one’s sin and purify.

By Train : If you want to travel by train, Bharuch about 40 kms has a railway station. 

By Air : The closest big airport is located at a distance of about 240kms from this place at Ahmedabad. 

By Bus : Bus facilities are available to Bharuch.
