Udaipur is one of the most beautiful heritage centers of Rajasthan. It is located on the banks of Lake Pichola. The amazing town is nestled in the midst of Aravalli mountain ranges. The lush green backdrop of this place is indeed mesmerizing. This Lake City is famed for its three interconnected lakes namely Pichola Lake, Swaroop Sagar Lake and Fateh Lake. The Sunset in Uadipur beneath the mountains is an alluring event. Udaipur has its glorious past. There were eleven entrances for this city. At present five are still standing high. Nehru Garden, Sukhadia Circle, Jag Mandir, Saheliyon-ki-Bari and Fateh Sagar Lake are other famous locations in Udaipur.

Maharana Pratap Airport is in Udaipur. It is around 22 km from city center.

Udaipur has its own railhead.

There are plenty of bus services available to reach Udaipur by bus.
