Places to visit
Jaigarh Fort
It is located on the Hill of Eagles or Chilh-ka-Tola. The massive walls of this fort spread over three kilometers. The elegant fort has the largest canon in the World and was not used in any war. Inside the palace one can get a glimpse of arms and ammunitions of Rajput and many historical things to have a insight on ancient era.
City Palace
The city palace is another tourist attraction and its bit difficult to find the main entrance. The palace is a replication of the entire city. It displays a fine mxture of Mughal and Rajsthan style of srchitecture. Many courtyards, gardens, temples and buildings make this as imposing structure.
Hawa Mahal
The wonderful building and was constructed in 1799 by Sawai Pratap Singh. It is a part of Ladies quarters and it possess cooling atmosphere and it is located in the midst of Johari bazaar. It is other wise called as Palace of Winds.
