Tirunelveli
Tirunelveli is southern most part of India and the sixth largest city of Tamilnadu. It is highly rich in culture and tradition. The town is blessed with wide assortments of temple and churches. Vettuvan Koil
It is a rock cut temple dedicated to Lord Murugan in the name of Subramaniyan. One of the simplest yet powerful Hindu pilgrimages in Tirunelveli.
Mundanthurai-Kalakad Wildlife Sanctuary
It is covering the area of 817 sq km which is under buffer zone. It is homage for species like Nilgiri Langur, lion tailed macaque and several other macaques. One can found spotted deer, mangoose, sloth bear and variety of squirrels. It is place of dangerous amphibians like King Cobra, Viper and crocodiles. It is also an excellent place for bird watching.
Swamy Nellaiyappar Temple
It is located just 2 km from Tirunelveli railway station. It was built during 16th century based on the rules mentioned in Agama Shastra . It is devoted to Lord Shiva. The Chariot of this temple is third largest chariot in Tamilnadu which weighs 400 tons. The amazing architecture, 100 pillar hall and beautiful gardens are the major tourist attractions of this temple.

District Science center, Courtallam, Venkatachalapathy temple,Manjolai, Kappal Matha Church, Singampattai, Surandai, Sivasailam temple, Puliyangudi and Maruthur are the other famous spots to visit.
