Kasauli

Kasauli is a beautiful hill station in the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. This is a calm and little town set in the background of the Dhauladhar Ranges with instinctive chases for long walks. Some of the important attractions in Kasauli are Christ Church, Monkey Point, Sanawar, Sabathu Fort, etc. Straight below is the banquet of large plains of Punjab and Haryana which as duskiness falls unfurl a charming carpet of twinkling nights. This fertile hill station of Kasauli is well-known for its different climates. The season between April and June is acknowledged for wild blooms and their staggering aroma. In Kasauli some of the main natural scenic glories are wild rose, rhododendrons, coral tree, flame of the forest, Katchnar and Kashmal. PLACES TO VISIT

Monkey Point
The most high-pitched point in Kasauli is called the Monkey Point. The Monkey Point overlooks a fantabulous view of the remote plains of Chandigarh region and the river Sutlej, hounding a silvery visitation through the back drop. On an acquit and sparkling night the charming view of Chandigarh can be seen from Monkey Point.

Sanawar
It is located at 6km from Kasauli, Sanawar houses one of the most effective schools in the country.

Dharampur
This place is at 15km from Kasauli on the National Highway. Among the fresh air of the aromatic pines, Dharampur has one of the best hospitals in India for the cure of Tuberculosis.

Sabathu
It is a small encampment town quartered the British soldiers at the time of British Empire.

Dagshai
One smaller encampment at a height of 1925m just 19km from Kasauli is Dagshai. It is alighted on a tiny hill and consists of military public school and number of military barracks.
