Gandhidham, popular as one of the prime historic and well planned cities with congregation of many historic spots and places of religious interest has got its prominence in the tourist map of India. It is one of the important cities in the Kutch district of Gujarat State in India.

PLACES TO VISIT
Purneshwar Temple : Purneshwar temple with exquisite carvings and designs is stunningly built on an elevated platform. This ancient temple constructed in 10th century is about 35 kms from the city of Bhuj.
Khavada : This town is encountered while on the way to the eye-catching flamingo colony. Visitors on the way can stop here for some time, sip tea/ coffee and can have a look and purchase the lovely handicrafts prepared by the localities.
Bhadreshwar temple : Is an ancient pilgrimage centre for the Jain community which is spectacularly placed close to the sea. This temple has been renovated and reconstructed by the rulers of many dynasties. The temple is beautifully constructed such that the devotees can view the idol of the god both from ground level and 1st level.

By Air : Anyone willing to travel by air, Bhuj about 60 kms is the nearest available airport.
By Rail : Gandhidham has its own railway station. Bhuj is another major station.
By Road : Bhuj is well connected to Gandhidham by many taxis and buses.
