Nalbari

It is good to visit this place during festival time. There is also a Buddhist temple which is indeed worth visiting. Other temples are Daulashal temple, Basudeb Devalay, Shiv Mandir, Sri Kali Devalay and Sripur Devalay Mandir. There is also a rampart which belonged to 14th century.

It is dedicated to Lord Krishna and was built in 1965. Annual festival called Raas Mahaotsava is celebrated with great pomp and show.
Billeshwar Temple
It is also dedicated to Lord Krishna. It is around 500 year old temple. There are many legendary stories are attached with this temple. It was reconstructed by Ahom King.
