The few places that tourist must visit in Kurseong during their visit are its large tea estate, magnificent hills, scenic beauty and interesting places.

Eagle Crag- it is basically a view point from where the tourists can enjoy an amazing view of River Teesta and dense evergreen frost of Darjeeling valley. The tourists get mesmerized by the beauty of the place and it will surely raise ones eyebrow.

Tea Estate-  it is a large estate with tea plantation across the hill. It attracts large number of tourists every year.

St. Marys hill- 4km away from Kurseong surrounded by dense forest and in between lies an elegant mansion which is under Eastern Forest Rangers college. It has a church at the side of it with a statue of Lord Jesus and Virgin Mother Mary. It is a must visit place and a best example of modern architectural excellence.  

Kettle Valley Picnic Spot- it is perfect place for picnic that is on the bank of River Rinchengtong.  The river has crystal clear water and lies in between the mountain ranges.

Down Hill-  it has a deer park, a forest museum with a small amusement park. It also has a well maintained tourist complex. From this place one can enjoy the scenic beauty of the mountains at the back drop of blue clear sky.

 How to reach Kurseong

By AIR Kurseong dont have its own Airport there the tourists need to arrive at Bagdogra Airport in order to reach their destination. It is well connected with all others state of India as well as abroad. Jeep, taxis and buses are always available from outside the Airport.

By TRAIN New Jalpaiguri station is the nearest rail head of Kurseong. Regular train services are available from all parts of the country. It takes few minutes to reach Kurseong from Jalpaiguri.

 An ideal time to visit Kurseong

 The moderate temperature of this place supports tourism throughout the year. June- August is the rainy season. Therefore it is better to avoid visiting this place during this three months.
