Bhalukpong

 

 Bhalukpong, sitting besides the sky-scraping Himalayas can be called as the mini wonderland of Arunachal Pradesh. Pakke Tiger reserve with less influx of visitors has animals such as tuskers, deer, tiger, squirrels, monkeys, turtles etc. Hornbills and wood duck are commonly spotted among the avian flock. 

 

 400 year old Buddhist monastery located in Tawang is frequented by local pilgrims. Apple orchards and green packed orchid gardens are the perfect destinations to get lost and fell the true flavor of the countryside.
