A mid sized village is popular for its biggest pond named as Bees Sagar. It was home for Siberian birds called Sawan who used to visit this pond in the winter. Due to encroachment, the pond shrinked and the birds are comming no more to this village. It has postential to be developed as a tourist spot for its pond, but it got neglected by the people and the burocracy. This village is known for its sugarcane and potato growth.
