Government Degree College Haripurdhar became functional in June, 2011. Government of Himachal Pradesh established the College to fulfill the pending demand of area people. The College is running in Maa Bhangayni Temple Complex /Sarayn near Haripurdhar Tehsil Sangrah. The college is approachable for about 25 Panchayats of Sangrah, Shilai and Chopal Development Block. Maa Bhangayni Temple Haripurdhar is a famous Religious place of (Sangrah Development Block) Sirmaur District. The Temple is situated at border of Sirmour and Shimla District on a beautiful sharp hill top about 7500 feet above from sea level.
