As per old documents had been written in urdu and persian mixed language by Late Raj kishore(died 1924 A.D.)who was by caste Kayastha.Late Raj Kishore was the grand father of late Sarjoo prasad srivastava(died 1999 A.D) was resident of Balapur village.The ancestors of Late Sarjoo pd.Srivastava were Zaminndars before Zamindari Abolition Act 1950 A.D of U.P,India.Though description of past history of Balapur village before its establishment narrated in the above said document since ruler Allahuddin Khilgi time.However,the decription had been taken since Humayuan the Mughal emperor of india.Humayuan was dethroned by Sher shah Suri ,the Afghan ruler in 1540A.D. at Delhi.Humayuan was fled to iran due to fear of Shershah suri.The Akbar son of emperor Humayuan was child at that time.Akbar had also fled to Mukundpur state(M.P) to get rid from cruelty and fear of Shershah suri.afghan ruler.Akbar had got shelter of Ajit singh,Maharaja of Mukundpur state at that time.Ajit Singh had given full protection and shelter to Akbar and his mother Hamida Banu.Maharaja Ajit singh had given very much respect to Akbar' mother and treated her as sister.Thus,Akbar recognised Mukundpur as his 'Nanhihal'.Maharaja Ajit singh had given association and help of Ram kishun das,Harkishun das,Jairam das,Pritamber das and Balram das all real brothers as protecter of Akbar.All these brothers were very close to Maharaja Ajit Singh and men of bravery & immense knowledge.After some years Sher shah suri,afghan ruler died and his rule at Delhi declined.Then Humayuan,Mughal emperor again captured the thorne of Delhi in 1555 A.D.Akbar had also reached to Delhi from Mukundpur alongwith these five brothers.After some time emperor Humayaun also died due to illness in1556 A.D. and then Akbar ascended the throne of Delhi 1560 A.D. had become the emperor of India.Akbar recognised the help given by these five brothers as his protecter in his bad days at Mukundpur state and had appointed them at high post of dignity in his court of Delhi Akbar had allowed to these five brothers to wear a special type of 'PAGRI' with 'SIMLA'(a type of patti)attached to Pagri on thier heads showing utmost respect to them.No persons other than these brothers were allowed to wear such special type Pagri in Delhi court.Akbar had pleased in a bravery case of fighting by one of five brothers named Jairam das against Murtaja khan a military camander of Malwa state matter of fighting was related to Simla Pagri.Jai ram das had won the fight.Akbar had pleased enough by the bravery of Jai ram das and converted him in Muslim relegion.After some time on the request of Jai ram das Akbar had ordered his Delhi court to be appointed on the post of Kanoongo to all these brothers in diffrent PARGAS of his empire as mentioned below. 1. Ramkishun das as Kanoongo Pargana Hadi Illias which known at present Jhushi, distt. Allahabad .He was founder of Ramapur Village,Tehsil Phulpur, Alld. 2.Balram das as Kanoogo ,Pargana Jalalabad at present known asArail Tehsil Karchana,Disst,Allahabad.He was founder of BALAPUR VILLAGE which in Block Chaka,Tehsil Karchana, in Disst.Allahabd.U.P state (India). 3. Harkishun das as Kanoongo Satgraha which known at present Pargana Sikandara(Disst. Allahabad. He was founder of Sikandara Village,Tehsil ,Phulpur, Disst. Allahabad. 4. Jairam das who was converted as Muslim by Akbar as Kanoogo Sahabad Janpad(Bihar). 5. Pitamber das as Kanoogo, Pargana not known Riwa (M.P).
The Vansaj of Balram das founder of Balapur Village were Zamindars till Zamindari Abolition Act 1950 of U.P Govt. India. Some renowned families Kayastha caste Vansaj 0f Balram das still residing in Balapur Village at present.The above information about the history of Balapur Village is out come effort of Sri Ramesh Kumar Srivastava(known as Ramji srivastava also) is resident of Balapur Village at present son of Late Sarjoo prasad Ssivastava.
