Villagers are basically agriculturists and hard-working growing sugar cane, vegetables and cotton as main cash crops. Landholding of farmers are very small so majority youth have to do service s in government and private jobs for family maintenance. only primary school education available locally and for higher studies they have to go nearby cities. village have grampanchayat as model panchayat in area for development works.
