Saraon Bujurg village belongs to ( Garg Gotra Mamkhor Shukla vanshaj ) major population of Brahmin then Kewat / Mallah, yaday / Chauhan and Harijan.Earlier there were two Jamindar family One is Shri Lallan Shukla having 500 Beegha Land and second is satyadev shukla having 300 beegha .Acharya Ramchandra Shukla Inter college situated at Saraon for 10 2 education for coed education.Saraon bujurg is a postal hed post office of surrounding villages and have Govt PHC hospital.This entire area known as Kachar 62 village are between two river one is Rapti and Second is Gorra reiver.Any body can reach by local railway station Deoria or Gorakhpur.This area is good for Ravi Crop wheat is a main crop for villegers.Local language is Bhojpuri and Hindi.In this village sarpanch election is also famous some people think sarpanch election is like their own property they think we are god of this village literally very backward village due to some people they never want to develop saraon they only full filled their own pocket while being elected as sarpanch.
