Sadguru khandoji maharaj who was the founder sent of sadguru khandoji maharaj sansthan. Kukarmunda is famous for prasadic idol of hanumanta which was presented by Tulsidasji to janjasvant swami.this hanumanta idol is now existed in shree Ram mandir. every year the ramnavmi celebration is celebrated in this tample at old kukarmunda 360 years old hatkeshwar temple is existed as well as vhalheri temple.

The new kukarmunda is peace full place their is a good educational institutiona like SHREE SARASVATI VIDHYALAY which was founded in 2001. Now this school is developing.

In 2011 there was one historical programe conducted by ISKCON (international society for Krishna consciousness ).The programe was taken by one of disciple of A.C Bhaktivedant swami srila prabhupad (ISKCON founder) His Holiness Bhakti vikas swami (london).There were so many people was gethering( around 50000)

In 2013 ahsadi bij there was Jagannath Rath Yatra ceremony celebrated by ISKCON youth Baroda and so many people participated.
