Places to visit
It is a temple devoted to Lord Shiva, often expressed as Kashi of south . Death rites of departed ancestors are performed here. Mahashivrathri is the major festival celebrated with great pomp and show.
It is the top rated beach amongst the five beaches of Gokarna. The shape of the beach is resembles the auspicious Om sign of Hindus. There are more water fun activities including surfing and skiing to anjiy here.
Paradise beach –It is a small and less known beach and an ideal place for swimming. Kokarna beach- it is very close to Gokarna town. It offers an excellent panoramic views of the sea banks.
