TITHAL 

Tithal beach located in Valsad is a wonderful beach with the perfect combination of beauty and solitude. This black sand beach with peaceful atmosphere and serene beauty is frequented by lot of travellers whole through the year. 

 This glorious beach located along the Arabian Sea allures the onlookers with its deep blue waters.  A long stroll with fresh intake of the pure oxygen can be along the glittering coastline. 

 The daunting places of religious worship such as Shri Sai Baba and Shri Swami Narayan temples enhance the spiritual splendour of the place. These temples located in a scenic locale offer panoramic views of the beach. 

 The tasty chat stalls containing Bhajiya, Dabeli, Bhel and other chats tickle your taste buds. Tender coconut water and sugarcane juice quenches your thirst. Lip-smacking Indo-China delicacies can be relished in some restaurants located close to the beach. 

 Frequented by many national and international visitors, Tithal Beach is surely a tourist stronghold. 

Shri Sai Baba Temple and Shri Swami Narayan Temple: At a distance of 1.5 Km in the south direction from the main beach, the temple of Shri Sai Baba is located. The Shri Swami Narayan temple is situated in the north direction from the main beach. The distance between the main beach and the temple is a mere 1.6 Kms. A wonderful view of the Arabian Sea can be seen from both the temples.

The main beach: Various lip smacking treats like Bhajiya, Dabeli, Bhel chaat, roasted sweet corns as well as fresh sugar cane juice, coconut water can be found on the beach in several shops. Many restaurants serving Indian as well as Chinese cuisine are available. People who eat vegetarian food, restaurants are available for them too. Public washrooms are located close to the two temples.

By Air: The nearest airport is located in Surat. All the major cities are connected with Surat via different flights running from this airport.

By Rail: Other major cities of Gujarat as well of India are well connected to the railway station situated in Valsad. After arriving at Valsad railway station, one can definitely take a rickshaw to reach Tithal Beach. Different trains such as Valsad-Bandra, Valsad Fast Passenger and many more have their starting points from Valsad Railway station.

By Road: This place is easily accessible by road. Many buses ply from Valsad to Tithal Beach. The distance between Valsad and Tithal Beach is a mere 4 Kms. From Surat also, government buses as well as private buses run to Tithal Beach.
