Mallamma Temple: It is an ancient shrine located at the top of Horsley Hills. Malamma is a little girl, habitant of forest, taken care by elephants, she used to cure the tribal people with the herbs. Horsley hills previously called as Mallamma Konda, acquired the name by this temple.
Rishi Valley School: It is a boarding school, large campus spreads through 350 acres, founder Mr. Krishnamurthi, located close to Manadapalle, 3 hours of car drive from Bangalore. The serenity of this school is centered around a large Banyan Tree, one of the oldest tree in India.
