Tailor samapath, saravanan, govindan, murgan, lot of people are my dear friends. Arkadu village now we get the school for upto 12th standard. Lot of middle class family still there they believed the agriculture. We have good life there and we never forget the village in our lifetime. People are very friendly to us. We are also good philosopher to every body. Kanchi peedam maha swamigal came to our village and stayed for fortnight in the year of 1950. Our village was surrounded by lake and river so always it will be cool in the year. Only may april may and june was dry. Our cows was maintained by Ranganatha Konar. Our land was maintained by kandan and kullamma for more than 50 years. We have good will in the village. Arkadu village my father v.Krishnamurthy sastrigal is a vedic pandit. So he is the one of the mail person to tell good day and good message the people for their functions in their family. In arkadu village we people will go to sabari malai every year. we will make it as a grand great function. Most of the village people will go to sabari malai more than 30 to 40 years. Arkadu village is one of the big village surroundings veeramadi, arulavadi, mugaiyur, veeracholapuram, paiyur, meyyiur ayandur Arkadu village is good place to spend in the weekdays and vacations. in and around good places are there to visit Arkadu village have owned the most femailar people. My father krishnamurthy sastrigal was one of the well known person to everybody. We have four to five people to assist our land and cows In arkadu village we celebrate the pongal, diwali and many other functions. In the month of july and august we will celebrate the goddess function. We called in tamil as thiruvizaha. The function will be very famous. We all together all the village people mingle in the same place to celebrate the function. Arkadu village is surrounded by lake and river. We had big lake and big river around the village. There are so many water storage bonds and small bonds Arkadu village got the award for may years to yeild of sugarcane harvest for no 1 in villupuram dt. Arakdu village we had Ayyanarappan temple, Mariamman temple, Vinayagar temple, Perumal temple, and some more temples. Daily we worship ayyanar temple after taking the bath in thenpennai river. Hi This is Baskaran Krishnamurthy. We have stayed in Agraharam street Arkadu. My father is sastrigal named venkatramana krishnamurthy sastrigal. Arkadu is one of the big village in villupram dt. Tirukoilur and villupruam is the nearest town. Villupram is the dt capital of arkadu village. We have agriculture land and we do argiculture.
