Baba Ramdas Mandir is famous in village Pai. on every Tuesday of Poornima a lot of crowd of Bhaketgen comes here & worship of Baba Ramdas Ji. Villager consider that Baba Ramdas ji was an Avtar & there also a Tomb of Baba Ramdas Ji here. Villagers & outsiders also have seen the results of kindness & pity of Baba Ramdas Ji.
Pai village considered to be the Brahamins first Developed Village in Haryana where Kaushik, Vats and Bhardwaj Gaur Brahamins living here. The main occupation of the villagers is harvesting wheat, Dhan(Rice), Bazara, Jewar, sersho. The village is a developed & fully educated village of which 70% peopleare Central govt employee & remaining in Indian Navy, Army , Air force(armed Forces & para Miltary Forces). Pai is only 6 Km from Delhi Border neare to Qutabgarh, Bawana, Rohini & Bahadurgarh. Pai now growing day by day & KMP expressway is paasing from the Village. Also Baba Haral & Dada Hardala Tombs are there which are also popular among Villagers. 2 small Rivers(Big Canal) also passing from the village which one of them is for Gurgaon water supply & another one for harvesting. Palali's Kui is very famous for sweet mineral water among the whole District.
Most of the younger boys are wrestler. the main game of the villagers are Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Volley Ball, Cricket & wrestling. One Govt & one public school is there as the name of Baba Ramdas: Baba Ramdas Memorial Sr. Sec. School. Dada Kashi's Samad is also famous in village Pai. Every month Amavshya all Bhardwaj People go to Kashi's Samad.

This is such a village which was settled in the 15th century. Which is about 8 km from Kharkhoda Tehsil of Sonipat district of Haryana. are located at a distance. In the beginning Pai village was entirely a village of Brahmins, but later Harijan and Valmiki castes also merged in the village. The Brahmins of Vats gotra were the first to settle in Pai village, whose exit is believed to be from Kansala village, district Rohtak.
In the beginning, there were 3 big families in the village, which are now known by the names of Dada Bahare's family, Dada Thakkar's family, and Nayon's family. Earlier there were only these 3 families (Kunba). But it is told that in the beginning of the 19th century, a Baba had come to the village to do penance, whose name is Baba Ramdas ji. He also brought one of his disciples with him. Due to which another family, gotra arrived in the village. Kaushik gotra arrived in the village, which is known as Mishra in today's time.
After some time there was a mutual difference between the 2 Vatsa families due to which the families got separated. For example, a person named Maida got separated from the family of Nayons because of his family. Whose family is today known as Chochhad. On the threshold of this family, a family came from Nathupur district Sonipat and settled, who belong to the Jatus Krana Setia gotra. Similarly, a family got separated from Thakkar's family, which is known as Garhi people in today's time.
Gradually more Brahmin families kept coming to the village. like grandpa deaf On the threshold, another Kaushik family who was in their relationship came and settled in the village. But after the time of independence of the country, another family came, which today is called the family of Haridwari, who belong to the Dixit gotra. But a few years ago, the family of Dada Kashi ji also came to the village, who belong to the Bhardwaj gotra.
Gradually Harijans and Valmiki brothers also came and settled in the village. In today's time, 11-12 castes are living together in the village with mutual brotherhood.
Panchayats were formed in the village. In which Hazari Lal became the first elected Sarpanch. But he was illiterate due to which he refused to accept the post. Jagannathji, who was a freedom fighter from our village, was elected Sarpanch. After him Phoolsingh ji, Jagdish ji, Girdhari ji, Charan Singh ji, Harikishan ji, Jai Kishan ji, Ashok ji (Harijan), Nand Kishore ji, Natthu Ram ji, and at present Ashwani ji is the sarpanch of the village.
Today there is a temple of Baba Ramdas ji in Pai village where people from the village and nearby villages come to pay obeisance. Every Tuesday a fair is held in Baba's temple and all the devotees perform mass worship.
Apart from this, there are tombs of Dada Horala, Dada Harde Ala and Dada Bahare in the village.
Pai village is the first village of Brahmins in Haryana which is fully developed. There are all kinds of facilities in the village. Pai village is 26 km from district headquarter Sonipat. are away Government roadways buses ply regularly from the village to Chandigarh, Sonipat, Kharkhoda, Bahadurgarh, Gohana. There is a government school in the village Apart from this there are also 2 private schools.
80% of the population in the village is educated. There are almost government jobs in the village. The main occupation of the people of the village is agriculture. The people of the village mainly cultivate wheat, paddy, jowar, bajra, mustard, sugarcane etc.
Two big canals flow from near the village, one of which supplies water to Gurgaon and the other has been built by the villagers for irrigation in the fields.
The nearest to the village is the KMP X-Press Highway which connects the village to Sonepat, Gurugram, Faridabad, Palwal, Ghaziabad, Kundli, Manesar. Apart from this, NH-334B also passes near the village, which connects the village from Loharu to Meerut.
