peace. In the bavi there is a very old temple of lord shiva which is known
as "BAVLINGESHWAR MANDIR" and also the vitthal mandir. The

Historical information about the Bavelingeshwar temple in Bawi village. The village Gramdivat Bawalingeshwar Temple of the left village is a deity with a historical heritage. The reason why the name of God is Bawalingeshwar. There were 52 Shivalingas in the village, so the name of God became Bavelingeshwar. The name of the village left is the reason for the left. The oldest and largest temple in Madha taluka belongs to Bavelingwara in the village of Bawi. This temple is an old Hemadpanti temple from 900 to 1000 years ago. The construction of this temple, the columns are completely carved out. After entering, there is a temple of Baliharaja. Samadhi is the publication by the living. After entering the main temple, there is Swanambhu Shivalinga in front of the village .And behind it is the idol of Bawalingeshwar. A total of 6 Shivalinga, Nandi, Ganesh idols, statues of Nagoba and carved stone idols of some deities are still there for 1000 years.
During the reign of Aurangzeb Badshah, Afzal Khan and his troops reached the village Bavi, destroying the Shivaji Temple and destroying Shivling and Nandi in the village.
The journey of Bawalingeshwara is on the day of Chaitra Pure 12, on which day the image of God is removed from the village, in which the palanquin, kavad and siddheshwara of the god Ghazi and Songa trains as well as the musical instruments are performed.
It is also a journey of God every Monday in the month of Shravan, and the palanquin of God is removed from the village. There is a Shivalinga of God by Malikarjuna, 3 km west of the village on the third Monday .They go to Bawalingeshwar Palkhi to meet Shivlinga. The rain is understood by God. Once every 3 years, after the 5th Monday of the month of Shravan, on the 4th Monday, the meeting of Bawalingeshwar Deo and Siddheshwar Deo was on the Barabiga Basti from Palakhi.
Bawalingaleswar is famous in Madha taluka of Devasthan. It is the task of the Water Conflict Committee to bring water to the left in the village.
