Chawneshwar Krishna Jadhav (Chounu Anna).Was the first Sarpanch of Gulumb village.Ramchandra patil from gulumb was the Sabhapati of Wai Tehsil, he taken intaitive to Prepare road leads to Manderdevi, That's why the ghat is also named as "Ram Ghat".Actual thier is proof of this but people talk about ramchandra patil that he was member of Pratisarkar " 1942 to 1946".
Beside this gulumb village has Old temple of Bhairoba & Mahadev.
