The village Rattanthal was founded by Sh. Rattan Singh. The village Rattanthal is a village of Rajpoots consisting some other casts like Sunar, Pandit, Julaha (Chammar), Balmiki, Khati, Lilgar etc. The all villagers are very cooperative. There are very educated persons even this village had no proper education facilities. There are teachers (Harpal Master, Mahender Master),army persons, advocates, doctors (jai bhagwan, nater pal, Rameshwar, Laalku Singh),engineers, Management student ( Rakesh soni, Hem raj, Amit chauhan)a nd so many other successful characters.  Class-I officers in Central Govt.
