Baggi is a village where a 13 km long tunnel diverting water from Beas is put into a open chanel called Baggi Sundernagar hydel channel and thus making Baggi also famous. Here ends the Pandoh Baggi tunnel and starts Baggi Sundernagar hydel channel . Baggi was earlier a unknown village but now it is very famous an is siuated on the foot of higgh hill of himlayan lower range below Koyala Devi temple. Though real Baggi Village is at last 2 Kms far from Baggi Contrl Works of Hydel channel and is on left side of the Channel but the whole area is known as Baggi from real village to start of Channel.
