Most of  the migrants belonged to Shaikh family and considered   themselves superior and most respectable as well as rulers of in the society.They used to rule on the basis of class and wealth.There were 3 most eminent personalities who ruled as a Mukhia all over the village  between 20th to 21st century namely Munshi Alauddin who was in the mid of 20nth may be regarded as most arrogant and cruel mukhia of the village.It was said and is reael that people had to bowdown and salute,other wise they had to face the punishmint of lashes.It is believe  that he was the one who stoped people to get educated and force to stay illiterate.The second one named Ziyauddin  who was the quit different from the former and maintained some peace and tranquity but he also didn,t do any thing for the betterment of people and nor enhance the  worse sitution of the society .They always  prefer their intrests and left  the villagers on their stake .The third one  migrated to Shekpura and  becom most  powerful Mukhia in the region.He died in 2008.One thing must be mentioned that this village gave birth one greatest scholar ever seen latter in the area named maulana alhaj kamil,who layed stone  of the education in the village and set up a madrasa namly Bashartul uloom.He devoted entire life to make villagers educated,and servedas a teacher till last breath.It would never be cxaggeration to say that entire village is obliged to this great personality.He was made president while this village seen on of the biggest Jalsa in 1998.He took his last breath in the month of Ramdhan 10th .ie,15,10,2005.on his 85.Before 4 years of this Jalsa  in 2004 a heart piercing  fire was erupted in the village and hit this seriously.It took lives of 2 people and marred half of the village.That was  one of the most dangerous fire ever i have seen Though Salehpur is wider both in region and population more than 10 thousand but it is still legging behind  and deprived in the terms of education and health facility.Literacy rate of the village is very low some of 53%and there is no any single higher secondary or senior secondary school nor even high school in it There are only two middle & two primary  poor conditioned education quality schools. With regard to health it is matter of concerns and desperate need  to care of it by public and private. Because there is nothing for the sake of health and health care though it is most populated village of all Falka Block. One wretched and worse condition hospital that is closed since last two decades which is the shelter of cows and buffalo. There is dire need to take a serious note to this issue ,but unfortunately it became the matter of political interest and  no one cares for to this ,neither villagers nor village,s electoral Mukhia. Almost all deaths which occurred in spin of times specially for women  the sole cause of it is lake of primary health facility.And one of the recent case of the death of MD NOOR son of Yousuf who died of snake bite is also the matter of unavailability of primary health care in the village.So it is humbly request to my dear villagers in general and the Mukhia and his allies in special to take a special note of health and education and give a considerable contribution to develop and prosper the village. As of the youngest almost 90% or some little are out of station to Gulf and Middle East for job purpose. This is very good sign that today,s youngs are concern towards their future.As of religiosity it seems to be occupied first place in the village  and the numbers of religious places are roaring very fast .There are more than half dozen  of Mosques and 4 basic education non government funded  Madrsas in the village and more than 80%of population of it is Muslims. With regard to occupation almost all the village is dependent on the agriculture and maize,paddy ,wheat and banana are some main crops and primary source of income. Though official language is Urdu or Hindi but it totally speaks ANGIKA.
