Pohe is a village where many human culture and origins is developed. In my village different caste, relegion, sex were exist such as pathaan, Bhumihar, yadav, and other schedule caste (nai, paasi, Tanti, Dalit, musahar, RAM(Dhari). Population about 7000. Education: This is the important sector which we need develop. our village is economically not well developed, due this our education system is poor. There were no more numbers of schools above class 8.Hospital: in our village there is no primary health center also no such types of well developed clinic is available. I think health is the primary work which we need to develop. Polity: every five years terms election, we selected a village headmen, but he also did not do anything for the development of our village. Allbleaders are needy and greedy. They did not look areas of development. However, our village is a secular village in our india. here peoples of different caste and community are living together also they were sharing their national feeling with each other. Critism: but last 10 yrs, our village politics is shifted towards communalism inspire of Nationalism due to political upheavals.so this is the sad moment for our village.Edit below overview about Pohe
