Motla is another village situated at the foot of a sub range of Dhauladhar which is known here as Nadali di Dhar and it is also on the mettled road reaching to Chowari bifurcating from State Highway of Dramman to Chamba at the point of Dramnala. Before consturction of this second road motla was like othe villages far from road and people have to walk for at least 3 to 4 kms to get public transport. So this was also isolated and calm vallage and and main occupaton of the residents of this village was agriculture. they grow paddy, maize wheat and black gram and Kulth a special pulse grown only in these hilly areas. From Motal down wards are the plain fields and valley while above Motla is highst long standing range of Dhauldahr full of pines ban fur spruce and deodars trees. It is near a V shape valley from where one can see dhuldhar range towards Kangra side in Dhramsala in the east while he can see also dhauladhar range extending twards chowari and Dalhousie side in Chamba towards its west side.Edit below overview about Motla
