village is surrounded by dry land where agriculture is done depending on rain, there is no water sources

around. Long back the villagers are belonging to BANDALLI which is 2 km away, some 300 years back

when Muslims where ruling in Srirangapatna the muslims in bandalli attacked Hindus and looted theirs

houses. Hinds those who got scared left the village and came to Managalli which was not there before.

Agriculture is main occupation of the villagers, Marihabba is grand festival, due to castism not celebrated regularly.
