OverView of Machari

Machari is the place of birth (1501) of "Samrat Hem Chandra Vikramaditya" also called 'Hemu', and ofter referred to as the last Hindu emperor of India who ruled from Purana Quila in Delhi. Ruins of his Fort are still present in village. Hemu had his education and business at Rewari, some 80 KMs from Machari. Growing from a businessman, he rose to become the advisor and then Prime Minister-cum- Chief of Army of Afghan Kings (1545-1556). He won 22 battles continuously from Punjab to Bengal against Mughals and Afghans and won all of them during 1553-56. After defeating Akbar's army at Agra and Delhi in the year 1556, he became the ruler of North India after 350 years of foreign rule. He was bestowed with the title of 'Samrat' and he established a Vedic Sanskriti oriented kingdom on the pattern of earlier Vedic kings who adopted the title of 'Vikramaditya'. 

After Raja Hemu's death in Second Battle of Panipat, a genocide was carried out by the army of Akbar in this village also. This village was also ransacked by Mughal army. Puran Rai, 82 years old father of Raja Hem Chandra was beheaded on refusing to convert to Islam. The villagers had to bear the brunt for their support to Hem Chandra's misson to win freedom from Mughals and other invaders who were ruling the North India

In 1612 rao raja Baksh Ram Singh Ji was raja of Machari and they have one son Rao Hathi Singh ji Naruka, and his birth, he was left from machari and shifted in main alwar, e.i Mejor Hathi Singh Ji Ki Haveli in Alwar. he had one wife and one unauthorized wife that was in burja haveli. he had one son from each wife. The son from unauthorized wife named seodas singh was killed by our clan. The real son named Rao Narayan singh Naruka went to alwar for studies, for higher education he went to Mayo college, ajmer. He married to daughter of thakur of thana alwar, he had four son named Rao Sheodan singh Lalawat Naruka, Moti singh ji, Kaneya singh ji and Ganga baksh singh ji. elder son of seodan singh named Rao Mahaveer singh.he married to Durga bai sa [from Anawra village] Has five sons -Rao Keshari singh, Ganesh singh, Devi singh, Mohan singh, Sajjan singh and one daughter Kamla Bai sa. Rao Keshari singh Has a son named Kuwar Dhirendra Singh Lalawat Naruka Presently living in Jaipur and elder son Rao Banna maharaj and a daughter Deep Kanwar Bai sa married to Dilip singh Chauhan(Rajgarh moonpur alwar).

Rao Moti singh ji has a son named Thakur sahib Shree Charan singh ji.he married to shanti bai sa in Badiyal daughter of diwan Kishan singh ji, he has three sons named Mahendra singh, Narendra singh and Rajendra singh and three daugaters. Rao kaneya singh ji had son named chaturbhuj singh naruka. he had three son named Shambhu singh ,shankar singh and Mohan singh ji and four daughaters. Rao Ganga singh ji had a son named Ramgopal singh ji. he had three son named Rajendra singh, hari singh and Chain singh  and daughter.
