OverView Of Chandaluru

Chandaluru  is  situated  in Darsi  mandal in prakasam district. Chandaluru is  in between  Donakonda Mandal and Darsi Mandal. 5 kms  from Darsi.   There is a ZPH School in Chandaluru which is giving  education to nearby 10 villages.  Every year Poleramma Jatara (Village Goddess) celebrated  in a grand manner.  All the nearby villagers will witness the  Jatara.  Kolatam will take place during the  Jatara. The students completed their education in ZPH School  are now in good positions in various government offices and  private organisations.

Main occupation of the villagers  is agriculture. Sankriti  festival will be celerated for almost one month.  Granite is available in Chandalur village.Lord Shiva temple of 250 years is also present.
