About Rajapet Village and History of Rajapet Village

Rajapet is called as Samsthan Rajapet as it's a historical place. Eariler it's name was Gopalapuram. It's a peacefull town and a 2nd Adarsha mandal in the district of Nalgonda. As it's 75 K.M. short distance from the sate capital the people are civilized well.

In the town you find freedom fighters statues in every cross roads. For example u will find Subhash Chandra Statue near perika wada colony. U will also find ancient temples around the village. Asia famous Jain temple at Kolanupaka is just 12 K.M. away from my town. just take a ride to this village and explore yourself.

Bad to say that it's severe draught area in the distrct. Lot of development to be done. Existing government also ignoring this innocent and draught area.
