"Alampar", the name is enough, Bhavnagar district, Gohilwad, wonderful, small and quiet village, where people live like a family. The village is divided into two parts, one old Alampar and the other new Alampar, there is only one panchayat between the two villages, all these prove that they are joint panchayats. There are 3 main temples. There is a Mata Chamunda temple in the old Alampur, and 2 in the new Alampur for the rest, a Lord Shiva temple and a Lord Radhakrishna temple. And now also Bapa Sitaram Ashram. There are 2 different primary schools for both the villages. Many people are behind this success in developing this village and reaching this stage of success. For example, Karamshibhai Junzabhai Dhola who became famous among the people by the name of Mukhidada became the old Alampar and the new Alampar by struggling from time to time in the development of the village. The people of both the villages still remember him for his tremendous contribution towards the development of both the villages by living a life of integrity, honesty and justice in a theoretical way to meet the various problems of both the villages together.
