Out of these Late Pandit Ram Roop Shukla was very famous freedom fighter, he had worked with Mahatma Gandhi in various movements live Civil Disobedience Movement and Non-Cooperation Movement. Still there are several people who worship great Late Pandit Ram Roop Shukla for his eminent role in providing freedom to India. Late Ram Roop Shukla in profession was the great ayurvedic doctor. Goverment of India made a monument in memorial of freedom fighter. Where ghatampur mandal, bhitergaon mandal and Ram Roop Shukla freedom fighter name is written and the constitution of india is written in this monument .Today this place called civil place where freedom fighter held the meeting. In birsinghpur, jagan was given the title of 'singh' by the mughal emperor aurangzeb because he helped aurangzeb to win the jhanabad state. So Jagan took the title of 'jagan singh'.
