Hi, My name is Balaji, I stayed here for 12 years (childhood) and maintaining long standing relations with the village. The majority of people in this village are really hard workers. Still, my heart doesn't feel easy during my journey from kalavalla to hyd, because I don't like to leave the village. Unlike other places I have seen, here people like to lead a very simple life and I think this is one of the few places where you can breath pure O2. (I never heard about BP, SUGAR, Heart attack and all of sudden deaths due to health problems). Coming to the development in the village I can say that this village is still lagging compared to the villages in Guntur, Krishna and some places in Prakasam. This is because lack of consistent water source and Political influence(My personal opinion), geographical location. The majority of the roads in the village are almost as they were in the 90s, Still, people are going distances for domestic water (some part of the village),no high school(2000 voting).Who ever it is local leaders should show basic integrity during development.But I have decided to lead my old age days here.
