Thakur Shri Ram Singh established this village in seventeenth century.He was great grand son of Great warrior Rao Kumpa ji Rathore who brought Sher Shah Suri on knee in battle of Sumel giri.His descendants Kumpawat Rathore is rule this village before independence.In present Rajput,Devasi,Jaat,Ravna Rajput, Vaishnav,Brahmin,Charan,Rajpurohit,Meghwal,Sargara mainly live in this village. Thakur Gheesu singh is present Thakur of Ramasni. Farming is main occupation of villagers. Some in government service Kishan Singh Serve as RDS in Rajasthan government. He deliver his service as block development officer and his younger brother Jitendra Singh is deputy commandant in CISF.Ramasni has great history in princely Marwar state and rich tradition.Yogiraj temple situated on pond is center of faith of villagers.
