OverView Of Chiyyapadu

Chiyyapadu is a big village in the chapadu Mandal. It is centre  village surrounded by the small villages like Chapadu,Gunta chiyyapadu, Tappata obaipalle, Cherikonpalle, Repalle, Morayi palle,Somapuram, Badri palle etc.

In Early like 1970's ,80's and 90's all surrounded village peoples used to come to the school for studying secondary education from 6th 10th. Recently school is completed 50 years anniversary.

It is having almost all the caste of people.. And also having other religions Christians and Muslims.. People all together greatly celebrate Sankranthi for 3 days and Sri kodanda Rama Navami ustwas 5 days.. And also celebrate the festival called Moharam(Hindu &Muslims together celebrate. Village people called as Peerla Panduga)  and Christmas

Temples : Kodanda Ramaswami temple, Sri Laxmi & Chenna keswara temple ,Lord Shiva & Parvathi temple, Hanuman temple, Gangamma temple.
