Kamdeopur comes under garibpur panchayat which comes under banka district. It consist of three tola (Vikampur, Barmasiya and koyrichak). It is mixed population of brahmin, buhmiyar and koyri and mandal and tanti. In the middle of he village, there is one temple of Maa Bhagwati is situated. At the entrance of the vllage, there is one big Shiva temple known as Madiyahnath. Most of the people here are farmers and cultivation of Ragi and Kharif crop is frequent here. Environment of this village is superb, every body is helping here. There is n problem of Gundaism here.
