Balgara is village near to the river Chenab. people basically are farmers and also into jobs in government and private sector. Lift irrigation work started some 5 years back but still that is not operational. government has spend good amount of money on lift irrigation but all in vain. delay in lift irrigation is due to negligence and ignorance otherwise work is almost completed and more delay will is like to start it from initial stage. Village has single road to Akhnoor. this road is in very bad shape and no one is taking care of the road.
