OverView of Ataripura
History of Ataripura: Ataripura is a small village. It has around 50 houses and population of 250 peoples. The village is mainly of saini caste. However It includes Saini, Meena, Chamar (SC). Around 70 years ago the village was situated in the place known as Purana Gaon. However due to bhoot/prt, the villagers left this place and around half kilometer from this place, settle a new village known as Ataripura. Education: Earlier there was one primary government school upto 5th class in the village. However later on in around year 2007 that school was shifted to Purana Gaon and converted upto 8th class. For education after 8th class, students take admission in the nearest village Siras which have one govt. school upto 12th class. For higher Education students move to Bhusaber/Mahwa/Bharatpur. Earlier the village have not much educated peoples, however now villager taking more interest in the education and now there are around 10 peoples in the government jobs. The higher educated person in the village is Mr. Prakash Saini S/o Mr. Prabhu Saini (Grand father is Shri Ramkhiladi Saini), who has completed his Chartered Accountancy from India/CIMA from London and graduated from Delhi and have currently posted as manager in Government Bank. Popular Family: The most popular family in the village is of Saini and belongs to Kajyota Gotra. The Ancient of this family was Mr. Late Shri Gangadhar Saini and who have four children named as Shri Ramkhiladi Saini, Shri Sampat Saini, Shri Vishna Saini and Shri Ramswarup Saini. Culture of Village: The village belongs to Hindu Family which consist of Caste i.e. Saini, Meena, Chamar. The village mainly celebrate festivals like Diwali, Holi, Rakshabandhan, Sankrant, Navratra, Janmastmi etc. The villagers also believes in Devtas. Working of Village: The main business of the village is farming. However now youngers moving to cities for higher education and jobs. Location: The village is situated in Rajasthan in Bharatpur district. It belongs to Weir Tehsil and Post is Barauli. The nearest villages are Bajera, Nagara, Shahpur, Siras, Narahpur, Tajpur. The village is around 45 km from Bharatpur. How to reach from delhi to Ataripura. You can take train or bus from Delhi. If you are coming through bus, than take bus upto Chhokarbara than change from there upto Narahpur and from there travel by foot upto 3 miles.
