Raigarh 

The town of Raigarh is located on the boundary on the eastern side of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. Some of the principal attractions of the town of Raigarh are the dense luxurious forests covered in plush greeneries, sparkling waterfalls, beautiful parks and old temples. Ram Jharna: The distance between the administrative headquarters of the district and this place is a mere 18 Kms. This water body is a natural supply of water. As per the mythical stories and the historical facts, this is the place, which was visited by Lord Ram during the time period of his Vanwas. During this time, he had an input of water from this source. Thus the name of the jharna has been derived and given as Ram Jharna. 

Gomarda Abhayaranya: In the Sarangarh Tehsil, this place is located. The area of the location is 278 square kilometers. Many a variety of uncommon and unusual animals such as tigers, beers and many more can be seen here. The distance between the administrative headquarters of the district and this place is 60 Kms. 

Temples: Some of the famous temples here are the Gaurishankar Mandir, Shayam Mandir, Banjari Mandir, Pahadh Mandir and Chandrahasini Mandir. The distance between the Gaurishankar Mandir, Shayam Mandir and Banjari Mandir and the administrative headquarters of the district is 20 Kms. The distance between Pahadh Mandir and Chandrahasini Mandir and Raigarh is 30 Kms. 

Parks: The names of some of the beautiful parks are Kamla Nehru Park, Haritima and Indira Vihar.
