PARWANOO
 
 Parwanoo is a major industrial and production sector of Himachal Pradesh, which shares its boundary with the neighbouring state of Haryana. Placed along the National highway it is a major opening portal to the prominent tourist destinations like Kasauli and Shimla.
 
 Lush green spread with thick forests and vibrant flora play a perfect entryway to trek and explore the natural marvels. Encompassing age old majestic pine and fir trees can be thought as the gems of this region. Visiting Parwanoo in the harvest season is a must to walk through the fresh fruit orchards.  The cable car ride famously called the timber trial offers thrilling experience. Going up to almost 5000 feet above the ground level and catching a glimpse of the rich green canopy, criss-cross flowing of Kausalya River and grassy peaks is a lifetime experience.  
 
 Mughal and Cactus gardens near by are the watchable places. Renuka Devi lake is about 120 kms from here.

Dagshai : Located about 28kms from Parwanoo it houses an old church. The place is surrounded by plush pine trees.

Pinjore : 10 kms from Parwanoo, it is an abode which houses breath-taking Mughal garden.

Closest airport is located at Chandigarh. About 1.5kms away is Kalka which is the nearest broad gauge in the surroundings. Taxis and buses are available from these places.
