Khammam district is located in the north central of Andra Pradesh, situated on the bank of river Munneru, one of the tributaries of majestic river Krishna at a distance of 190 km from Hyderabad. Badrachalam is one of the must visit shrine located 120 km from Khammam, abode of Lord Rama. Parnasala is an ancient village, played a significant role in Ramayana. Nelakondapalli village is an archeological attraction. Refreshing Palair lake is at the distance of 30 km from Khammam. Driving down to the lake is worth for its tranquil atmosphere. Papikondalu, a wonderful lush green forest surrounded by range of mountains made Khammam as outstanding spot to refresh and unwind. Saibaba Ashramam, Lord Ayyappa temple.
