Chail

Chail is a beautiful hill station in of Himachal Pradesh situated in the midst of calm lush greenery environment.  It has worlds highest cricket ground and Polo ground at a peak of 2250 meters above the sea level. There are outstanding attractions available to the tourists. The best honorable resort with a different dimension of built on three hillocks such as Sadh Tiba, Pandhewa and Raigath hills are present here. It is environed by Pine forest and deodar. An elegant castle with decorative wood works, beautiful cottages, Children Park and attractive log huts are major attractions of Chail. It offers good sight seeing places and interesting activities like fishing and trekking to the tourist.

PLACES TO VISIT

Sidh Baba Ka Mandhir

This temple is located at 1.5km from Chail. Maharaja Bhupinder Singh built his palace in Sidh Baba ka Mandhir.

Cricket Ground

Cricket ground is located at a distance of 3km from Chail. Once after leveling the top of a hill this cricket ground is built in 1983. It is situated at a height of 244m and is the highest Cricket pitch and Polo ground in the world.

Wildlife Sanctuary

The wildlife sanctuary of Chail has a large variety of wild animals. The sanctuary has Ghoral, Kakkar, Sambhar, Khalij, Cheer, pheasants and red jungle fowl.

Kufri
A long-sighted and pleasurable drive through dense forest and calm villages takes to the tiny popular hill station of Kufri. Kufris main interesting features are Nature park and a short trek goes to the elegant Mahasu Peak.

Sadhupul
Sadhupul is a village located between Kandaghat and Chail and bridge the Ashwani stream. �Sadhupul is a beautiful and entertaining picnic spot.

Adventure and Fishing
Trekking is an interesting adventurous entertainment in Chail. Trek routes lead out of Chail. Trails extend up to the Choor peak and to Shimla. Fishing is available on Giri River at Gaura at a distance of 29km.
