Patanbori city is situated on the bank Khuni river and people usually speaks marathi and telugu. Most of the people are from Brahamin, Arya Vaishya samaaj, pardhaan samaaj, Beldar, bhoe and muslim communities. one of the biggest market in district and it is reserved for Saturday. komati (Arya vaishya) who lives in this village are rich and well educated. Patanbori has biggest Gram panchyat in the yavatmal district. The famous temple of Madhavrao Maharaj is situated in this city. Each and every year thousands of followers come to the pimpalkhuti yatra (also called as jatra in local language). Kalika mata temple and sai baba temple both are famous in the district.Patanbori is a developing village, it's situated between ganga and Khooni river. Everyone in today's generation of patanbori are well educated. No caste is greater than another caste. Most of the people use HINDI, MARATHI, and TELUGU language.
