OverView of Ayarkulam
Ayarkulam is a small village, where 100% agriulture oriented activities taken upon. Mainly produces rice, groundnuts, banana, many more spices and Milk.
The village is completely dependent on the rain and other source for water of Manimutharu dam which located in the western hills of tamilnadu around 100 KM avay from Tirunelveli.
It has small Govt.elementory school and A higher secondary school in Moolaikaraipatti which is around 5KM away from village. This is the main market place for the formars and agricultur products whichever they produces.
Initially (100Yrs ago, during british rule) The pleople migrated from various locations of south tamilnadu and formed and village,and they developed a small agriculture feilds (without any papers) and Lake for storing water. They started forming and produces for their own needs.
Later the lake is connected with big dam, available in tirunelveli dist. which will be used for storing water for continues agri use, two or three decades ago, the agri lands in the village has been owned by some of the individuals who migrated from Andrapradesh and they started use the village people for cultivating many agri products with low wages, the fundemental rights for the people were not given and they were handled like anything with the help of local politicians and polices when sone one against (like a slaves, where no one knows the lows and poor ppl.).
Now a days the pleople started growing by edugation making thinks done by their own efforts and they understand the lows and wherever aplicable, so throne colonial dominations by those whoever comes across their fundemental rights.
They enriches health and wealth and started normal life with all rights.
