SINGHEL KA GARH. this is like a short island and fourt side protected with water many story's  have arounded about this Garh. The library of this village show that the village is boldly royal. In this library having about 10000 above book in Hindi, Sanskrit, Maithili and many more. Here situated Ustad Bismillah Khan Sangit Mahavidhyalaya is indicate that the villagers take interest in art. For girls Education here have situated Kasturba Gandhi Valika  Inter Vidhyalaya. and a degree collage also  Prava Prakash Degree Collage having this village.

The villagers of this village are very humble, gentle, and honest, and they also are make friendly relation ship with each others. Every visitors not forget to praise this villagers when they come his own place after visit PANJWAR. The main occupation of panjwaris is grooving. Here produce wheat, rice, mustard, paddy, gram, pea, etc. and in exported mango at outside the village take a major position in Bihar.

FESTIVALS OF THIS VILLAGE
Here every year organized a festival (in Fulwari) of durgapuja behaf of SHIV DURGA SAMITY. and every type of men are enjoy heartly this festival. and every night during durgapuja the samity sponsor a step for entertainment like make to view Ramayana, Krishna, Mahabharata  for villagers.

SHIV DURGA SAMITY- This is the group of some experienced, educated, reliable resident of Purav tola  in Panjwar. the member of this samity are generally work for social development . The active member of this samity (Sunil Dubey, Arjun dubey (HRM Dept.) Ashok dubey, Markandey Singh, Lalan dubey (Management Dept.). Vupen dubey, Pintu Singh, Munna Singh(Arrangement Dept.) Ashok Singh( Legal Dept. & Cashier) etc.)

PANJWAR is mostly famous at in district level basically for DRAMA IN DURGAPUJA AT PANJWAR. Every year at Durgapujas time purav tola (AZAD YUBA CLUB) orgnise a drama and the youth of this village are participate in drama and make a relivable seen on stage. This is the way of entertainment of the villagers and basically women and children are enjoy this agenda.  This tradition of drama is coming from the ancient era. Some directors of this drama (Tuntun pare, Ashok Singh, Sanjay Singh etc )

Azad yuba club- This is the club of youngers of Panjwar they all are intigrate at the time of durga puja and take greater responsibility to run this agenda in a smooth way. The DRAMA OF PANJWAR are permanently based on the members of this club. The responsible & active member of this club (Munna Singh, Pintu Singh, Ashok Singh, Sanjay Singh, Jayprakash Dubey, Bablu Sir etc)
And HOLI is celebrated in Panjwar  in very joyfull. Every villagers make colorful to each other &  vice versa.  This evening a poetry party orgnised on the roof of village library and every villagers (men) take major participation in this agenda and give a cretive aspect to there ancient tradition.

The most important public beneficiary club of the village is "Vivekananda Chhatra Samiti" which is run by Mr.Raju Sharma and Vinod Sharma with the help of young people of the village. This samiti is playing a crucial role in the village through helping  poor people and needy peoples. This club is produce lots of talented boys like "Ranjeet Sharma" (Butan) due them this club help only his is completed his study and now working in Infosys Bhubaneswar. This samiti has produced lots of talented boys and they have achieved their goal.

Talent hunt competition for children of  various age group of Panjwar and other villages of Siwan district has also been organised under the supervision of many learned personalities of this village and with the helps of common man of the village since long. which helps in boosting up the morale of the youth and makes them efficient and eligible for various comparative exams. 

Besides, soil of this village also gave many football players who proved an unique identity of themselves and panjwar village.
