This is the short story of my village Berhampur. My village is one of the most beautiful villages in the world similar to the other villages.It is situated in central chilika [East coast of the India].near sea mouth.My village is located in the heart of the city of Puri[The land of lord Jagannath].It is a paradise of beauty, purity, and peace. . Here pure, pristine nature reigns supreme. There are green undulating pastures and meadows of green grass and crops, woods, sea[Bay of Bengal]. arbors, orchards, Scenic ecosystems stretch for miles all around. Flora and fauna thrive abundantly; flowers in millions bloom along the edges of lakes and when a soft breeze blows it appears as if they are dancing. The sky is pure azure in which white silky-floss-like clouds hover here and there. The food like Fish, shrimps, crabs, prawns [Only available in chilika Lake] and grown here is totally pure, organic, and delicious. The people living here are innocent and devoid of greed, deceit, and selfishness, Educates. We just love my village Berhampur. I live in village Berhampur. It is a small village situated near city of Puri. It is surrounded by trees. There are about thousand people live in my village. Chilika lake flows by our village. There is several small temples Situated in my village. My village has a market where the local people buy and sell things. There is a school and a small health care centre in my village. The people are doing Fishing, farming and animal husbandry in my village. They celebrate all festivals together. The people of my village live simple life. They live peacefully and happily together. My village is a perfect place to live if you are in search of harmony with nature. People have everything for their minimum requirements of life. Villagers are just satisfied with the necessities of their living. They are always provided with fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, water, and clear air. People living in villages are more healthier, active, and simpler in habits than the the people living in towns. The quiet and peace of village life give opportunities for thought, study, and mental development, which are impossible in town life.Importance of My Village plays an important role in maintaining the ecological balance as it is a place which is covered by greenery which overcomes the green cover which is less in the cities and also it is a shelter for various animals.We classify Villages as organisations that provide upliftment to communities and individuals in various ways other than the educational school environment. They actively seek to improve the lives of our fellow men, women and children.
