The Boundaries of Village: East Kondapur village, West Honnajipet village, North Gadkole village and south Kotalpally village and the village south side sorounded by forest.
The village formed as Gramapanchayath:Musheernagar village is hamlet village of Honnajipet Grama panchayath and later in the year 1995 it was formed as seperate Gramapanchyath as a revenue village.
Land: Nearly 540 ha (1350 acre) of land and nearly 80% of land cultivated in rainy season with main crops such as Rice, Maize, Soyabean, Turmeric, Chillie, Redgram and in Rabi season nearly 30% of land was cultivated with the crops like Rice, Sunflower, Onion, Maize and Horsegram under bore wells only.
Population and Occupation: The population of village was nearly 1400 people with 50:50 ratio of male and female population.The main occupation of the village people is Agriculture with plenty of cattle population
Education: Education up to seventh class only in the village. Almost all the people of the village are well aware of education and they were sending their children to sorounding village school well.
Achievement in Education:Now in the village one Ph.D holders, 3 PG holders and 7 degree holders are well settled as Scientist, Teachers and in other sectors and most of the student well intersred to study professional courese as MBBS and Engineering.
Abroad: Nearly 50% of the youth was residing in Dubai, Behran and Soudhi arabia and othe Gulf countries as labour for earning money for their families due to shortage of rainfall and no irrigation facilities uner tank ayacut area and also for the decrease of ground level water due to heavy harvesting of water by bore wells.Digging of borewells making farming communities under heavy debt and creating lot of problems.

About the village: Before formation of village as Musheer nagar, the people leaved as colony in Sorrounding areas as thandas.
