Thungaram village is a Historical Place. The village is surrounded with coal mines which is called Singareni Collieries. Many communities are living in this area. The Tribe community is the majority one. The people from this village were participated in the wars during the Nizam rule. the primary sources for the people is agriculture. They cultivate cotton, paddy, chilly, uecoliptus etc, The villages come under Thingaram are: Tekula Banjar, Sunkarabanjar, Jarpala Tanda, Chimna Thanda, Vengal Rao Colony. These villages are good to see and formatted in a verygood manner. People here are trying to develop themselves. But Unemployment became more and more and villages are struggling with lack of proper roads and connectivities for the transportation. Public have been requesting the govt. of Telangana to develop the roads, drynage, schools, electricity, hospitals, libraries etc, but no proper resanse from the local political Ministers, MLA's, MP's and other higher officials. At least now Govt.of Telnagana has to realize and try to concentrate on these villages and help interims of growth of the public here in all aspects.
