Bhadrachalam  was part of andhra and its culture and dialect is andhra and the famous pious man Sri. RamDas wrote poems in pure Telugu ie., andhra dialect and the songs are sung by andhra people from srikakulam district to anantpur district and they visit famous Rama Temple.The Telangana people do not use that andhra Telugu at present. The history from 1780 to 1948 has changed its culture and language. Simply because Bhakta Ram Das happended to be from Telangana who got constructed the temple Bhadrachalam town and areas cannot go to Telangana. It is Andhra culture. The Manoram book also recognised the same. The Bhadrachalam revenue division is only kept with Khammam district for administrative convenience and geographical consanguinity only. Though andhra and Telangana were unified the revenue, tenancy laws are separate even in the unified state.Till 2014 june the Andhra laws are applicable in Bhadrachalam Revenue division. The congress Govt. passed the state reorganization Act with most injustice to andhra people.Bhadrachalam is the cultural heritage of andhra. The idols and the land belongs to andhra and moreover the funds are also collected by Ramdas ie., the revenue from Bhaddrachalam and its surrounding villages revenue for construction of the temple. More andhra people visit Bhadrachalam than Telangana people. People who supported for separate Telangana from andhra side also felt sorry for adding Bhadrachalm and temple to Telangana.Only 2 mandals in Telangana and 4 villages of Telangana in Burgampadu mandal were given to andhra for the smooth construction of polavaram project.The communists supported Telangana for Bhaddrachalam area since communist parties have some base there.The poeple of khammam  district and other Telangana people without knowing the history and culture but felt that it is their place as it was kept in Khammam district and claimed it. The people living near Bhadrachalam have not supported that it be retained with Telangana. But they have no voice since Telangana employees were working there just before bifurcation of the State of Andhra Pradesh.The employees agitatioin ie., Telangana employees created a feeling that the people are in favour of merging it with Telangana. The congress hurriedly passed the bill. Who are the violaters of solemn promise. Though there was a G.O. saying that it belongs to Andhra and that solemn undestanding between the elders was violated by the Telangana leaders and who have created wrong impression in the minds of Telangana people. Moreover when Anantapur and Kurnoopl people wanted their district with Telangana the people of Telangana opposed it is historically, culturally is different and dialect is  different and the eating habit of Avakaya (the mango pickle) is not there is Telanaga and it has a great tradition of persian style of coocking. In Bhadrachalam the eating habit is that of Andhra People. There is no Batukamma as on the date of bifurcation. Now after division the officers are using undue influence to follow Batukamma. Some poeple in Bhadrachalam area supported it to be merged with Telangana since their kith and kin are working in Telangana and the Agitators of Telangana in future may create problems. One more thing is that after it is kept in Khammam all the road links are connected to khammam and Hyderabad are developed. Though there is a proposal for kovvur to Bhadrachalam rail link was not completed. The congress Govt. did not annnonce the capital of andhra at the time of bifurcatioin.If the name of Amaravathis annoounced the Bhadrachalam people preferred Andhra than Telangana. Another reason is that they can ample opporutnies at Hyderabad which was developed industrially by andhra people and there is andhra culture is prevailing. The tribal people are linked to Rampachodavaram and Araku and paderu areas of andhr area. the chastse telugu spoken by Tribal community is that of the language spoken by the Tribals of andhra. Their marriages are mostly with andhra tribals.Great revolutiionary Alluri Sitaramaraju is also attached to Bhadrachalam area who is andhra leader. To get the inspiration  for the peple fo Bhadrachalam from the History it should be attached to andhra only. another thing ie., the Polavaram may cause damage to the habitat of the tribal people living int he Bhadrachalam revenue division and using that point the Telangana people created some confusion in the minds of tribal people. They created such a feeling that if it is merged with Telangana then polavaram will not be complelted and there will not be any damage to Bhadrachalam and its surrounding areas.Some say that because the people wanted it with Telangana the Union Govt. merged it with Telangana (though it is wrong impression) even assuming it to be true then Hyderabad must be made U.T as per the Majority wish living at Hyderabad on the day fo bifurcatiion. The Media muc influenced by the Telangana leaders since the media houses are located at Hyderabad created a wrong impression the in the minds of people of India that it belonged to Telangana. The last thing is that no andhra leader fought for it. Moreover the names of the villages also with nomenclatures.Only 20 villages were given to andhra and 4 mandals and Bhadrachalam temple and town were taken by Telangana. In Nalgonda District 20 andhra villages from Guntur District were merged and they were not given back to andhra.So this is an issue creates always a trouble between Telangana and Andhra .Andhra people will not foget the injustice to ti done by the Telangana leaders and Congress party. The Ramdas Kirtans are sung by andhra people only. If the Telangana people say that the great temple is built by Ramdas where Lord Rama once lived there and Ramdas is a Telangana man then they must learn the said kirtans of Ramdas and they must sing them and then only they can pay homage to great Telangana soul Rmadas who wrote kirtans in andhra dailect.
